The photo piece The Royal Lion Hunt (Iraqi Embassy Berlin-Pankow) (2011) shows the installation of the poster The Royal Lion Hunt at the abandoned Iraqi embassy in former East Berlin. The poster is a 1:1 reproduction of an ancient Assyrian bas-relief from the palace of King Ashurbanipal in Nineveh (7th century BC). The relief was excavated in the 1850s by the archaeologist A.H. Layard and brought to the British Museum in London.
